Meet an iconic figure in St. Louis soccer, Olympic soccer gold medalist Lori Chalupny Lawson, at Hearth & Soul from 2:30-4:30 p.m. Saturday, April 11. Lori will help author Dave Lange promote his new book, "St. Louis Soccer: An Illustrated Timeline," from Reedy Press. Lori will discuss Olympic soccer coming to Energizer Park in St. Louis in 2028, as well as Lori's distinguished career in soccer. She helped the USA win Olympic gold in 2008 and the Women's World Cup in 2015. She appeared in 106 games for the USA and is the head coach of the women's soccer team at Maryville University. Dave's book will be available for purchase, and Lori and Dave will be happy to sign your copy after the opening presentation.
