St. Louisans Will Bruin (first round) and Joe Willis (third round) are selected in the MLS Superdraft. They will play important roles for MLS teams. Bruin will score more goals (80 with Houston, Seattle and Austin) than any other St. Louisan except Taylor Twellman in MLS. He will retire after the 2023 season. Willis will play more regular-season games in goal (298 through 2025, with D.C. United, Houston and Nashville) than any other St. Louisan in MLS.
